Recommended by brick production machine and extruder manufacturers. Brick cutter manufacturers have worked together with us to obtain the most suitable attachment systems for optimal use of TRIXOFIL.

In the brick industry, production depends on the cutting wire: when the wire breaks, the production cycle comes to a halt.

TRIXOFIL lasts roughly ten times as long as ordinary music wire.

WHY NOT TRY IT?
ELIMINATE STOPPAGES DUE TO BREAKING OF THE CUTTING WIRE!

Ten stops to change the cutting wire involve the loss of roughly half an hour’s production per day. How many more bricks would you produce by recovering that time?

Multi-wire brick cutters are used in modern brick companies. If one of the wires breaks, has it broken due to an impurity in the clay or because it has reached the end of its working life?

TRIXOFIL has a minimum life of at least one 4-hour shift and more often 8 hours and over. This means that wire change can be programmed at the end of the shift during the production cycle pauses.

If one of the wires breaks during the work shift, it is because it has encountered an impurity in the clay. Simply replace that wire and resume production.

At the end of the shift all the wires will be replaced, thus guaranteeing production cycle continuity.
